个人简介

Personal Profile

黄笛,南开大学泰达生物技术研究院讲师;2008年毕业于大连理工大学,获学士学位,2010年获天津大学硕士学位,2013年获天津大学博士学位,导师闻建平教授。2013年7月进入南开大学工作,目前主要利用合成生物学和系统生物学方法从事微生物寡糖、糖蛋白等产物的系统性研究,在功能寡糖化合物的微生物制造、重要致病菌糖蛋白结合疫苗的微生物细胞工厂构建以及微生物合成体系的组学系统研究等方向取得了重要成果。以第一或通讯作者在Metabolic Engineering、Biotechnology and Bioengineering、Biotechnology for Biofuels、Bioresource Technology、mSystems、Microbial Cell Factories、Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology、Journal of Industrial Microbiology and Biotechnology等生物期刊上发表20余篇SCI论文。主持2项国家自然科学基金、1项天津市自然科学基金项目、3项中央高校基本科研业务费,作为学术课题骨干参与完成了3项973项目、2项国家自然科学基金重点(国际合作)项目。2016年入选天津市“131”第三层次人才。
