一是采用配体调控和布氏酸协同的方式,实现了非贵金属Ni或Fe催化p不饱和键化合物的各类官能化反应和手性控制;二是采用双官能化配体桥联的双金属协同催化方式,实现了非贵金属Ni-Al共催化C-H/C-C惰性键的各类官能化反应和手性控制。承担国家自然科学基金青年项目1项,面上两项,重大研究计划培育项目一项,烃类不对称催化转化基础科学中心一项,天津市重点项目一项。
