个人简介

Personal Profile

       南开大学杰出教授、博导,学院副院长。光伏材料与电池全国重点实验室副主任,教育部薄膜光电子技术工程中心主任,天津市光电子薄膜器件与技术重点实验室主任。先后入选国家级人才、天津市杰出人才和天津最美科技工作者等;获国际PVSEC Award奖、中国青年女科学家奖、天津市科学技术奖(自然一等奖1项、技术发明一等奖1项、技术发明二等奖2项)。兼任天津市可再生能源学会副理事长;天津市女科技工作者协会副会长;中国可再生能源学会理事;中国可再生能源学会光伏专委会副秘书长等。

       面向国家重大需求和世界科技前沿,从事光伏材料与器件研究20余年。现为十四五国家重点研发计划项目负责人,曾任十三五国家重点研发计划项目负责人和十二五科技部863项目首席专家,已主持并完成科技部、基金委等项目20余项。主持研制成功世界上第一块开压超过3.0V、效率超过15%的硅基薄膜四结叠层电池;世界上第一块无机钙钛矿/晶硅叠层电池;世界上第一个封装的较大面积钙钛矿/晶硅叠层电池,成功入选中国第五期最高电池效率表;建成世界首座百瓦级钙钛矿/晶硅叠层电池的示范电站,为下一代晶硅电池提供了技术储备。相关成果入选科技部十三五成就展,并首次示范应用在“天津号”纯太阳能车上。

       发表SCI等文章300余篇,其中以第一或通讯作者发表Nat. Energy、Nat. Commun.和Adv. Mater.等SCI一区文章百余篇;国际会议邀请报告20余次;主持太阳电池译著1部;授权发明专利20余项;主办国际会议8次,聘请南开大学客座教授Michael Graetzel于2021年受聘为中科院外籍院士。
