Personal Profile

陈瑶,南开大学药物化学生物学全国重点实验室教授,博导、国家优青、天津市杰青。研究长期聚焦生物大分子的限域精准固定及相关剂型工程研究,从分子水平阐释生物大分子与载体的相互作用与组装机制,创建晶态高性能制剂平台。承担国家重点研发计划、国家优秀青年科学基金、国自然面上、天津市重点等国家级、省部级科研项目10余项,与多个企业合作横向项目及相关应用转化。发表论文140篇,近5年来以通讯作者在Nat Protoc、Nat Commun、Nat Rev Chem、J Am Chem Soc、Angew Chem Int Ed、Adv Mater、 Chem、ACS Catal、ACS Cent Sci、Chem Soc Rev 等重要期刊发表论文54 篇(论文篇均IF>10)。论文他引超过9360次,13篇论文入选ESI高被引。获批或申请中国专利42件、PCT2 件和美国专利3 件;获得全球华人化工杰出青年女科学家奖、侯德榜化工科技青年奖、天津市科技进步特等奖、山东省科技进步一等奖,第七届中国国际互联网加创新创业大赛银奖、国家自费留学生奖等奖项;任中国化工学会理事、女科委委员,中国化工学会生物化工专委会委员,中国生物医药技术学会生物制药分会委员,担任国家自然科学基金委、科技部和欧洲研究委员会项目评审专家,任CCL、Particuology、Biodesign Research等期刊编委。

研究方向:陈瑶课题组长期致力于发展生物大分子固定化制剂平台、新型生物医药材料及相关应用转化(如生物药、新型制剂及生物催化等),并对其生物安全性和相关机制进行深入探讨。主要研究内容:

1.新型生物制剂、酶制剂和生物医药材料的开发(生物药、生物催化、制剂、药物递送等)

2.开发基于生物分子和新型多孔材料的高性能新型分离介质,用于天然产物、手性药物等的高效分离和制备;

3. 基于对蛋白、多肽等生物分子结构和功能的深入解析,进行新型药物及剂型的开发。

4. 面向生物医药、能源等领域,开发新的仿生以及生物催化体系;
