Personal Profile


2004-今:教授,博士生导师, 南开大学化学学院元素有机化学研究所,元素有机化学国家重点实验室固定研究人员1999-2004:  博士后(名古屋大学,肯塔基大学)1996-1999:  助教/副教授(南开大学元素所)。1993-1996:  博士,南开大学元素所(李正名 院士)1990-1993:  硕士:南开大学元素所(刘天麟 教授)1986-1990:  学士(南开大学)

主要研究方向为天然产物复杂多环骨架构筑导向的高效、通用有机合成方法学、天然产物全合成和药物先导发现。许多具有重要生物活性的天然产物含有多环骨架,这些多环骨架普遍具有结构复杂性和多样性的特点。发展高效、通用的构筑结构复杂、多样性多环骨架的方法和策略,对于高效发现具有新颖结构骨架的药物先导具有重要的意义。提出了偶极调控张力环的分子内交叉(IMCC)/平行(IMPC)环加成思路,提供了一种构筑桥环、并环、中环和多环骨架的高效、通用策略,并成功地将其应用于了若干复杂天然产物的全合成中。
