个人简介
Personal Profile
戴启立,南开大学环境科学与工程学院副教授、博士生导师。入选天津市首批青年科技人才。围绕大气污染精准溯源与管控的决策需求,利用环境统计与数据科学的理论与方法,研发大数据驱动的污染防治支撑技术。主持承担国家科技重大专项课题、国家自然科学基金面上与青年项目、天津市自然科学基金及人才培养项目等科研项目十余项。发表学术论文100余篇,授权国家发明专利5项。论文累计引用6000余次,H指数41。第一/通讯作者论文曾获《Geophysical Research Letters》期刊“Top Downloaded Article”(2021)、《Environmental Science & Technology Letters》期刊年度“Best Paper Award”(2022)、《Journal of Geophysical Research: Atmospheres》期刊“Top Downloaded Article”(2022)、《中国科学》杂志社“优秀封面奖”(2023),研究成果入选中国气象局气象科技成果评价奖(2023)、中国气象服务协会气象科技创新奖(2025)等奖励。论文成果被Science Daily、《中国环境报》等数十家媒体正面报道。
兼任中国环境科学学会生态环境人工智能委员会委员、天津市青年科技工作者协会地球科学专委会秘书长、《Journal of Hazardous Materials》、《Intelligent Climate and Eco-Environment》等国际期刊编委。多次在欧洲地球科学联盟大会(EGU)、亚洲大洋洲地球科学学会(AOGS)年会上担任会议召集人与主持人,组织大气污染溯源等专题分会。
