研究领域

本课题组关注二维材料的光电性质和应用,涉及层状二维材料的线性、非线性光学性质和应用,及光响应的载流子动力学过程与物理机制。

 

1.     超快载流子动力学过程

研究层状材料(石墨烯,MoS2, PdSe2等)中光激发载流子的动力学过程,相干声子振荡,及非平衡载流子同光场的相互作用。

2.     非线性光学

研究层状材料的非线性折射和非线性吸收过程及机制。为此,我们发展了偏振光Z扫描技术。使用该技术可以获得三阶非线性极化率张量元的值和非线性机理。

3.     二维材料的光电响应过程

研究二维材料光探测器的本征响应过程,揭示光激发载流子的输运和形成光电流的过程,为提高光电响应服务。

4.     相变过程中的光学性质与机制

研究层状相变材料光学性质的调控、载流子动力学过程和物理机制。
