研究领域:糖肽/糖蛋白的生物化学合成;糖生物学相关酶的工程化改造;糖苷前药的开发及位点特异性释放;重要多糖的酶-化学合成(Chemoenzymatic synthesis)。目前已在Nature Biotechnology,Nature Chemical Biology,PNAS, JACS, ACS catalysis, Chemical Communication, JBC,ACS Bioconjugate 等SCI杂志发表论文41篇。
