Personal Profile
刘斌,研究员,微生物功能基因组与检测技术教育部工程研究中心主任,天津市杰青,南开大学百名青年学术带头人。2003年6月于南开大学获学士学位,2008年6月于南开大学获博士学位并同年留校任教,2015年起任研究员。多年来一直进行致病菌进化和变异机制、致病机理以及新型快速检测技术等领域的研究,取得了一系列创新性成果。建立覆盖主要食源性致病菌(共11个种属)的新型血清型分子检测技术和产品,相比传统方法大幅提高检测能力;建立针对霍乱弧菌等重要食源性致病菌的精细比较基因组分析技术,为高精度监测和溯源奠定基础。以通讯/第一作者在PNAS、Nature Communications、FEMS Microbiology Reviews、Nucleic Acids Research、Metabolic Engineering等高水平期刊发表SCI论文51篇;部分成果被Science长篇专题报道、被光明日报头版报道。先后主持国家自然科学基金项目5项。获2007年天津市自然科学一等奖(第三完成人);获2018年法国梅里埃研究院青年科学家奖。担任法国国家科研署(French National Research Agency)项目评审专家。
