Personal Profile
长期从事化合物半导体材料及器件的科研与教学,主持过多项国家级项目以及海内外合作项目,包括国家“十一五”863课题、国家自然科学基金面上项目、天津市自然科学基金重点项目等项目。在学术期刊上发表学术论文50多篇。
