Personal Profile
何明 教授,博士生导师,南开大学电子信息系主任。
1997年本科毕业于南开大学物理系;2002年硕士毕业于南开大学通信与信息系统专业;2008年博士毕业于南开大学微电子学与固体电子学专业。2005-06年获得德国DAAD奖学金,德国于利希研究中心联合培养博士。
研究方向为无线微波通信、超导电子技术、物联网技术、智能感知和认知等。包括THz信号产生和检测;超导量子电压基准芯片;雷达、相控阵、低噪声放大器、滤波器、混频器、天线等微波射频器件及系统;无人机和机器人智能系统等。主持和参与过国家科技部863项目“高温超导接收机前端集成技术”、国家基金“基于超导器件的太赫兹信号源研究”、国家基金“面向视觉覆盖优化的多机器人空地协同轨迹规划方法研究”、国家基金“动态拒止约束下跨域多无人系统协调优化技术研究”、“太赫兹超导外差接收机用SIS混频器”、“无人机及其关键系统数字孪生建模与虚拟试验训练”、“无人机实时3D云建图技术”、“高温超导约瑟夫森结阵芯片研制技术开发”等项目;与中国电子科技集团公司第十六研究所合作研究的S波段超导低温接收机前端系统已用到佳木斯与喀什深空测控站上,顺利执行了嫦娥三号重大航天测控任务。申请发明专利10多项,授权8项;在Applied Physics Letters等国际高水平期刊发表SCI/EI文章70多篇。
2007年获得天津市自然科学三等奖,2023年获南开大学第十届“良师益友”称号,2023年获天津市教学成果特等奖。2021-2023挂职南通市崇川区经济开发区管委会副主任,两年都被评选为江苏省优秀科技镇长团团员。
