Personal Profile
罗景山,南开大学电子信息与光学工程学院教授、博导,光电子薄膜器件与技术研究所副所长,国家级青年人才,国家优秀青年基金获得者,天津市杰出青年基金获得者。面向世界科技前沿和国家碳达峰碳中和重大需求,长期从事光电催化能源材料和器件研究,取得了一系列具有国际影响的原创性研究成果,在Science, Nature Energy, Nature Catalysis等杂志发表论文100多篇,总引用20000多次,h因子62(谷歌学术)。入选《麻省理工科技评论》中国区“35岁以下科技创新35人”,2018-2021连续四年入选科睿唯安“全球高被引科学家”。主持国家重点研发计划青年科学家项目、国家重点研发计划国际科技创新合作项目、国家优秀青年科学基金项目、天津市杰出青年基金项目、安徽海螺集团横向项目等多项科研项目。

Jingshan Luo is a full professor and vice director of the Institute ofPhotoelectronic Thin Film Devices and Technology at Nankai University. Hereceived his BSc degree in Jilin University in 2010 and his PhD degree fromNanyang Technological University in 2014. After that, he went to ÉcolePolytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) in Switzerland for postdoctoralresearch in the laboratory of Prof. Michael Grätzel, where he led the solarfuel subgroup. In 2018, he joined Nankai University. Jingshan Luo hasauthored/coauthored 1 book chapter and more than 100 peer-reviewed publicationsin Science, Nature Energy, Nature Catalysis and other journals in the field,which have garnered more than 20,000 literature citations and an h-index of 62(Google Scholar). He is listed as one of 35 Innovators under 35 in China by theMIT Technology Review, and the 2018-2021 Highly Cited Researchers by theClarivate Analytics. He is a recipient of the NSFC Excellent Young ScholarFund, Tianjin Distinguished Young Scholar Fund, Marie Curie Fellowship, theClariant Cleantech Award (First Prize), the E-MRS Young Scientist Award and theChinese Government Award for Outstanding Self-financed Students Abroad.

太阳能和电化学能源实验室(solar and electrochemical energy lab, see-lab)成立于2018年年初,由国家级青年人才项目入选者,科睿唯安“全球高被引学者”罗景山教授领衔。实验室依托南开大学电子信息与光学工程学院光电子薄膜器件与技术研究所,教育部薄膜光电子技术工程研究中心、天津市物质绿色创造与制造海河实验室,天津市光电子薄膜器件与技术重点实验室、南开大学新能源转化与存储交叉科学中心、南开大学太阳能研究中心,面向国家碳达峰、碳中和重大需求,聚焦光电催化制氢、二氧化碳还原和钙钛矿太阳能电池研究。
实验室现有博士后、博士生、硕士生、科研助理在内研究人员22名,具有浓厚的科研氛围、完备的实验条件和充足的研究经费。目前承担有国家重点研发计划青年科学家项目,国家重点研发计划政府间国际科技创新合作项目,国家自然科学基金委优秀青年科学基金项目,天津市杰出青年基金项目,南开大学-海螺集团“二氧化碳资源化综合利用”联合实验室横向项目等。重视学生培养和发展,不断开拓进取、勇攀高峰。

博士后招聘

应聘条件:
1. 获得国内外知名高校博士学位,专业方向为实验室相关领域,具有较强的科研能力;
2. 具有良好的沟通交流能力和团队协作精神;
3. 有理想、有抱负,追求卓越,勤奋刻苦;
4. 年龄在35周岁以下,博士毕业三年以内。
待遇:
1. 年薪30-40万元,特别优秀者年薪可另行协商。
2. 支持申请博新计划、博士后面上、博士后站前/站中特别资助以及国家自然科学基金委青年基金项目等。入选博新计划等其他人才计划者,兼得国家和天津市支持(年薪50万+)。
3. 入站后学校认定中级专业技术职务,出站后学校颁发博士后证书。
4. 子女入学(小学)、入托等享受学校事业编制教师待遇。
5. 经导师和学校批准,在站期间可带薪作为联合培养博士后去国际顶尖研究机构从事科学研究,目前课题组参与2项欧盟地平线2020项目,与国际上多个顶尖课题组有合作关系。
6. 博士后第二聘期结束前,工作业绩突出者可通过岗位评审程序聘为南开大学教师。
科研助理招聘

科研助理岗位职责
1. 承担课题组相关方向实验研究工作,实验室目前承担有前沿科学研究和实际应用项目。
2. 协助完成项目相关的其他工作,如研究进展报告、专利申请、论文撰写、项目申报等。
应聘条件:
1. 申请人应具有本科及以上学历及学位,专业方向为实验室相关领域;
2. 具有良好的沟通交流能力和团队协作精神;
3. 有理想、有抱负,追求卓越,勤奋刻苦。
待遇:
1. 月薪5000-12000人民币,可以基于学历、个人能力及经验进行调整;采用劳务派遣制,享受基本养老保险、基本医疗保险、失业保险、工伤保险、住房公积金等待遇。
