Personal Profile
主要从事“微/纳传感器及其集成化与智能化系统”研究,在纳米光电传感器、场效应晶体管生化传感器和智能化传感系统等方面,进行了多年的基础科学研究工作与产业化开发工作。致力于将微纳米级别的传感器用于多通道生化传感检测;通过半导体工艺和纳米技术,将传感器、电路与控制单元等模块进行集成,最终实现智能传感系统功能。所研发的智能传感系统具有多参数、便携式、低功耗等优势。主持了多项重点项目、国家自然基金项目、天津市自然基金项目、国际合作项目和横向项目等。2015年获得了天津市创新人才推动计划“青年科技优秀人才”。
