个人简介
Personal Profile
张杨 教授、博士生导师。2005年6月获华中科技大学光信息科学与技术专业学士学位,2008年6月获南开大学光学工程专业硕士学位,2012年10月获香港理工大学应用物理学专业博士学位。2013年6月至2014年6月在德国莱布尼茨固体与材料研究所开展博士后研究。2014年8月至2017年7月在德国莱布尼茨固体与材料研究所做洪堡学者。2017年12月进入南开大学现代光学研究所任教。目前主要的研究方向包括:硅光子学、光神经网络、片上人工智能光计算、宽禁带半导体氧化镓、智能发光材料器件等领域的基础及应用研究。
已发表SCI论文80余篇,其中包括Nat. Commun.,Adv. Mater.,Nano Lett.,ACS Nano,Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.,InfoMat,Nano Energy,National Science Review, Adv. Opt. Mater.等国际一流学术期刊论文。在物理、光学和材料领域的高水平国际会议做大会、邀请报告20余次。
